To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒肉熱潮睇燒肉Like分店就知，越開越多。即使有時想食一人燒肉，最平都唔使一百蚊。最近開咗北角匯分店，日系裝修加上用咗先進除煙技術嘅無煙烤爐，貫徹品牌特色。餐牌套餐選擇多，仲可以追加食材。和牛 LIKE 套餐套餐有齊牛板腱、牛舌同特選日本產和牛肩胛肉。牛肩胛肉尤其吸引，油花均勻，入口即化，充滿牛香。牛板腱油脂較少，爽嫩口感。牛舌大大片，一樣爽口。最後記得升級紫菜溫泉蛋飯先叫享受。北海道十勝豬豬五花腩五花腩同牛一樣咁出色，原來獲優質日本豚商標，大火迫出油脂，卻清爽不膩。入口肉嫩多汁，燒至微焦更好食。鯛魚燒紅豆夾心雪糕除咗有趣的外型，口感外脆內軟，紅豆加上雲呢拿雪糕夾心香甜好食。
