平日食串燒一定會叫燒墨魚嘴、燒牛脷、燒雞翼同雞軟骨等等,尤其是燒雞軟骨,當飯前小食正,用嚟佐酒亦佳。今晚食完飯約表弟嚟呢度吹水兼拜年,好自然都叫咗幾串鹽燒雞軟骨,皮燒得香脆之餘又有嚼勁,咬下咬下就食晒,翻兜叫多半打,可能過咗晚市少咗order,後上果D燒得仲脆!
