朋友住黃大仙附近,今日約咗朋友喺鑽石山晚飯,飯店名為鵝鱻館,在荷里活廣場3樓,睇個名就覺得呢間飯店唔簡單,裝修都很靚吓,入座即刻睇吓食咩!鵞鱻館燒鵝皇,皮脆肉嫩有炭火香,鵝油豐富,睇層皮咁飽滿就知燒得好靚,得確係招牌菜,必食。椒鹽豆腐,豆腐用好滑嘅豆腐切粒上粉炸,外皮脆豆腐滑溜,咸味適中,炸蒜好香。欖菜肉鬆四季豆,四季豆炸過,整體肉鬆,欖菜同四季豆炒得唔錯,味道ok,四季豆保留少少爽脆。薑葱焗蠔,現在大部分飯店嘅一般做法,用桶蠔(我覺得太大隻),先上粉炸,炸完再薑葱焗,變咗面頭炸粉稔晒,影響口感。
