中午來到位於屯門V City的灑家,餐廳好像主打燒味外,還有湯麵/撈麵、生滾粥、點心、精選小菜等,十分肚餓的我倆很快就決定要試一試這裡的燒味,特別係這裡的燒鵝,據說係「正宗古法金牌燒鵝」,未知味道如何?.部份餐牌↑.燒鵝瀨粉 $53 (轉鵝脾加$25)雖說家裡附近就係元朗著名的「天鴻燒鵝」,不過近期感覺水準有點下降,所以看到這碟泛著油光的燒鵝真的很期待啊! 不客氣的一咬下,皮脆外,還肉嫩多汁,皮與肉中間還帶有點脂肪一同咀嚼,那股豐腴的脂肪香實在太邪惡了。整碟燒鵝的份量都不少,所以配上清湯底的瀨粉剛好中和了油膩感。.叉燒 (例牌) $58最怕食到乾爭爭又硬又凍既叉燒,而這裡的是帶有濃濃蜜汁味的半肥瘦叉燒,每一件都見到不全是瘦肉,咬落肉質鬆化,食落相當惹味,好食啊! 想不到燒鵝和叉燒都有驚喜!.醇香花雕醉雞 (例牌) $68他一向是醉雞王,那裡有醉雞就會點黎試下,剛好見到這裡有當然又點了一份例牌。值得一讚係,雞皮很容易便能與肉分離,肉質入口嫩滑,帶濃郁甘醇酒香,不只是外層有酒香,感覺酒係滲透到肉裡,不過食多兩件會覺得鹹左少少,但整體味道還是不錯!
