第二次光顧天后棋哥燒鵝,汲取左上次嘅教訓,我同老公今次特地輕裝上陣,因為座位真係好逼,冇地方俾你放外套放袋;上次食燒鵝雙拼湯瀨,唔知係咪浸住湯搞到燒鵝皮唔脆,今次我地學精左,叫佢另上。我點左份燒鵝拼叉燒湯瀨,一黎即刻試塊舊燒鵝,點知⋯皮唔脆的⋯肉係厚,亦唔算肥,但皮唔脆嘅燒鵝邊好食,果陣荔枝木煙燻味都補救唔到,我仲特登另上諗住俾多次機會佢,原來另唔另上結果都係一樣。叉燒唔算差,但唔夠鬆化,上次食好d。老公點燒鵝拼燒腩湯瀨,燒腩仔皮就好脆喇,肉質都係唔夠鬆化,同埋建議切細舊少少,切得太大舊喇。
