以前出深水埗為咗金翠D肥叉,點知佢轉曬做兩餸飯冇再做燒臘,咁四圍行睇吓有乜嘢食,就經過呢間主推鵝嘅燒臘店。首先環境乾淨,坐得算舒服,見過年食豪D就叫個叉鵝脾飯試吓。隻鵝脾出奇地好食,皮脆肉嫩多汁,完全滿足我口味。D叉燒就偏瘦咗D,下次試吓有冇得叫剩係要肥叉。價錢方面其實同一般市場比較又唔係貴,成隻鵝都係$450咁出面大部份都係差唔多,半斤叉燒$65,以佢嘅質素反而比我平時買開同級平。呢間絕對係我食燒臘嘅選擇。
