今晚四姨媽同表姐提早同爹哋慶祝生日,我們揀咗去之前食過覺得都幾好嘅九龍維景酒店嘅「棕櫚閣西餐廳」食自助晚餐!他們嘅主題係燕窩同海參!魚翅龍蝦濃湯嘅濃稠度調教得恰到好處,唔會過稠或過稀,味道極之鮮味濃郁,而且仲有魚翅魚翅裙邊同爽甜嘅龍蝦肉粒,最好係可以任飲,所以本人都飲咗三碗,真係好正呀!紅燒蠔皇百花釀海參係每位客人憑卡去換領嘅,每人一份,爽口軟滑嘅海參包著爽甜彈牙嘅蝦膠,再配上蠔皇醬汁一齊食,而且係師傅即場煮㗎,所以真係超正呀!凍老虎蝦嘅蝦肉超爽甜彈牙,另外仲有鐵板燒嘅,但我們比較鍾意凍食,因更加可以食到蝦肉原本嘅鮮味!燉燕窩雙皮奶嘅奶味非常濃郁,質感都幾滑溜!燕窩蛋撻嘅撻皮焗得好芳香鬆脆,有好濃郁嘅牛油同鷄蛋香味!
