Restaurant: The Chef's Table

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到北海道3個字已經急不及待去book位食呢個tea buffet之前食過一次係馬泰主題，不過就其實唔太適合我今次個主題好吸引雖然整體黎講食物嘅選擇算係少，但$178一位(已包加一)仲expect啲乜，已經算好好！今次食嘅野唔多，無咩食到熟食，但個北海道毛蟹雜炊檔真心幾好！個蟹已經煲到啲甜味出晒黎，成個粥都好香好甜，所以食蟹時個蟹已經無咩味另外絕對推薦嘅係佢個中湯，椰子排骨湯！平日好少會食buffet飲湯，但今日見到幾清，所以飲左少少。真係不得了！依家喺街要搵啲無味精嘅湯已經好難，仲要係好足料！湯同料嘅比例我諗應該有5:5好值得飲多幾碗可惜好快俾人飲晒其他食物包括甜品都中規中矩，呢個價錢，水準都算係ok嫁喇！不過有個小插曲，職員太快手，以為我地已經走左，我地翻到位，所有餐具已經收走當職員發現誤會了我地走左，立即就拎翻餐塾俾我地

雖然整體黎講食物嘅選擇算係少，但$178一位(已包加一)仲expect啲乜，已經算好好！
今次食嘅野唔多，無咩食到熟食，但個北海道毛蟹雜炊檔真心幾好！個蟹已經煲到啲甜味出晒黎，成個粥都好香好甜，所以食蟹時個蟹已經無咩味
另外絕對推薦嘅係佢個中湯，椰子排骨湯！平日好少會食buffet飲湯，但今日見到幾清，所以飲左少少。真係不得了！依家喺街要搵啲無味精嘅湯已經好難，仲要係好足料！
湯同料嘅比例我諗應該有5:5
好值得飲多幾碗
