觀塘區内近年來隨著重新規劃發展,越來越多型格的建築物/店舖/餐廳橫空而出,這晚好友約飯局的西餐廳--營足四季,便是其中一份子;由好友帶路來到餐廳前面,門面的裝潢給人眼前一亮的感覺--整個構圖猶如城市中的綠洲,其顏色燈光與擺設,都在在表明餐廳走高格調的露營風!而店内從牆飾到燈光,再到一枱一凳的擺設都經精心而細緻的設計,在突出戶外的放鬆享樂主義外,又有高雅的室内佈置配合,置身室内確實讓人極之舒服!其中混合露營車的榻榻米餐室,更顯心思;而室外又放置了枱凳,似乎很適合喜愛呼吸所鮮空氣族群!坐於餐廳一角,其燈光與氛圍,再加上借燈閱餐牌,極有野外視角,甚為過癮!餐牌走簡約路線,但食物選擇甚豐,而當中最有噱頭莫過於飲品的取名;與好友商議一番後有了決定,就立即落單;第一道/前菜--藜麥蟹籽蟹棒雜菜沙律,材料新鮮,食材之間互相配襯得宜,尤其醬汁很出色!將酸甜開胃的醬汁淋在蟹棒蟹籽混和的沙律菜上面,讓其慢慢滲入其中,不但釋放了蟹籽與蟹棒的鮮味,更帶出沙律菜的甜味!夾雜著星星點點的宇宙級健康食材--藜麥,在滋味與營養上都是那麼臻善臻美!作為主角的第二道/主菜--巨型豬扒配薯菜,一上來時香氣撲鼻,混合了煙燻/

雖然只是三道菜,但色香味俱分,好友與我皆飽足!再者,以餐廳的獨特營地氛圍及舒適度,埋單只是人均二百多,價錢如此相宜/必定再會!
