📌上午系中環辦事,下午無咩事,難得過海來港島,肯定要入柴灣新桂香燒臘斬料、斬料、斬件大大舊叉燒返屋企加送。40年來字號燶邊叉燒,系我地全家最愛。新桂香只用新鮮的梅頭肉,絕對不會使用凍肉,所以叉燒味道特別好食。🕠5:30到新桂香,半肥瘦的叉燒已經賣曬,只剩下瘦叉,所以大家想買肥瘦均勻的叉燒真系要早D過來排隊買,真系好快賣曬。🐷燶邊叉燒200蚊斤:雖然我買嘅系瘦叉,但系一D都唔柴,有豬肉的鮮香和肉汁,燶邊有淡淡豬油香氣,加埋D蜜汁,絕對系傳統叉燒中的極品。
