御廚煎餅:北京烤鴨煎餅(hk$36),蝦卷王(hk$12),墨魚王(hk$12)-又遇到一間有heart既小店,個煎餅真係好有誠意,即煎熱辣辣,大份多料夠飽肚,煎餅皮時加了一隻蛋同黑芝麻,北京效鴨煎餅餡料除左鴨肉、生菜、蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲,重點係有兩塊薄脆!!老闆話要兩層煎餅一齊食,真係不得了,好厚有食burger/kebab既錯覺,但味道又有越式法包既感覺,而事實上佢係一件外軟內脆,口感豐富既煎餅。-之後在老闆游說下我試埋蝦卷王同墨魚王,原本我係好少食呢d,因為通常半舊係粉,無乜質素,而呢兩件我覺得都算係高質既,一來個腐皮蝦係即炸,薄脆腐皮面已經加哂分,二黎個蝦都算彈牙,而墨魚丸仲食到墨魚粒,係堅野黎既。-小店仲有供應多款特色煎餅,我係好想試黑白墨魚煎餅,仲有我最愛的生果可麗餅,可恨我唔係灣仔番工,如果唔係就可以日日煎餅當lunch食。-Follow IG: nee.eat.play
