To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

𠵱間開咗年幾嘅迷你店，吸引咗好多人嚟朝聖，我今日都要嚟試試佢😜-必點爆汁薯仔香脆波波 ($40/8隻)同埋爆汁豬肉煎餃 ($40/5隻)，不得了，前者好有驚喜，第一次食𠵱款食物，食之前倒入綠色💚嘅凍湯再啪入口，薯味香濃，餡料豐富，最抵讚係有芫茜🌿！仲有多種香料、紫洋蔥🧅粒粒 加埋有碎顆粒嘅薯蓉同埋少少咸同薄荷香嘅凍湯🥘，真係非常惹味，好想食多幾個。至於個尼泊爾餃子 - 饃饃(MoMo)最特別係洋蔥同肉🥩嘅比例幾乎係一比一，我自己就極啱心水，好香口，即叫即煎，食落唔油膩，配埋個花生🥜醬又幾夾，有啲後悔只點了5隻！佢仲有急凍餃子賣，可以考慮買返去加餸
