To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去staycation但最可惜的是，餐廳full曬，只能叫外賣☹️每碟餸都大大碟，只係兩個人食，份量多到絕對係要打包走😂實在選擇唔到邊個最好食！🍚萬豪炒香苗香苗炒得香夠鑊氣，而且好足料🤤🐷鬼馬咕嚕肉採用西班牙洛克紅豬，食落去真係感覺同一般外面食到既肉質係好唔同👍🏻🍴羊肚菌竹笙燜豆腐成個菜基本可以用個白飯撈埋黎食，好惹味😋🦆五香脆皮素鵝素鵝裡面內容真係塞滿蘿蔔絲同菇類，呢個性價比都高呀！🍮原桶豆腐花飽到上心口都不能錯過既豆腐花！剩係個桶已經好igable🤣個桶好深，食極都仲有🤪豆味好重，而且已經夠糖水，連紅糖都唔洗落🤭
