荃灣開了一間新餐廳,平日6點前去不用排隊,後來愈來愈多人~招牌生煎包/蟹皇生煎包生煎包底部比較厚,口感酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁(一隻生煎包大概倒出一湯匙湯汁)。要小心咬下去時給爆出來的汁燙傷😳 招牌味肉香比較濃,更合個人口味生炸雞扒蔥油拌麵炸雞外皮酥脆,炸粉不是很厚。蔥油味很香,麵條很彈牙~雞絲酸辣湯小雲吞雞絲酸辣湯清爽開胃,味道比想像之中酸一點~小雲吞充滿了鮮嫩的雞肉和香料 手工豆沙窩餅豆沙餡是清甜的,外皮脆脆的,咬下去有點QQ的口感,和朋友一起share吃,份量剛剛好~
