之前有食過沙田分店既劉興記,今日經過荃灣這間分店唔洗等位,立即入去食返客生煎包。荃灣店比較闊落,但都一定需要撘枱的。有套餐有單點,價錢平民抵食。點了兩隻招牌生煎包($20/2隻)及蟹粉生煎包($18/1隻) , 兩款生煎包都熱度十足,超級爆汁,皮薄,包子煎得底脆金黃,肉汁滿滿。蟹粉生煎包將蟹粉、蟹肉混合豬肉,充滿蟹皇味道,特別鮮味,灑上芝麻香蔥更添口感。小籠包更是近排新出的,一籠四隻$40, 皮薄,但又不會一夾起就穿皮,每粒都一樣充滿湯汁。招牌擔擔麵,湯底濃郁豐厚,有肉粒、櫻花蝦,花生碎及蔥花,花生味香濃帶點蝦味,亦帶微辣,細麵條有彈性,亦掛汁,十分惹味。蔥油拌麵夠乾身,沒有油淋淋的感覺,充滿醬油及麻油香。
