星期六中午,同同學打算在上堂前食個午餐。好在他們提早幾分鐘抵達通菜街既劉興記,順利找到座位,一坐低餐廳已是座無虛席。劉興記既蟹黃生煎包絕對係招牌之一,包餡鮮美多汁,一口咬落去,汁水流個不停,加上外皮酥脆可口,實在吸引。招牌擔擔麵麵條Q彈配上濃郁的醬汁,仲有滿滿芝麻同花生碎,層次豐富,令人回味。還有,手功豆沙窩餅,外層酥脆,內餡恰到好處,不會過於甜膩。最後是麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮,粉皮軟嫩滑溜,配上醇厚濃郁既麻醬,以及爽脆的青瓜絲,每一啖都清新可口。不能錯過既仲有雞絲酸辣湯小雲吞,湯頭酸甜適中,雲吞餡料飽滿鮮嫩,讓人忍不住一口接一口。豆漿雖然較細杯,但真材實料,價格算合理。
