To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 行得耐攰見到呢間burger冇咩人就入左去，order左個大啡菇笨蛋漢堡（$76），廚房得1個人即叫即整，等既過程見到廚師用手拋肉，第一次親眼見手打牛肉都幾surprise下，等左20分鐘左右就有得食。大啡菇笨蛋漢堡（$76)呢個飽係好食到離曬譜，大啡菇係超多汁，個手打牛肉係好juicy，食果時熱到辣口仲有芝士拉絲，係港島區食過甘多間最好食既漢堡，加$18就有餐湯同薯條，南瓜湯係平時西餐廳既三倍分量，薯條灑滿黑松露粉，再加埋黑松露醬係冇得輸。
