Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗參加「深水埗導賞團」，經過聚來車仔麵，結果被爆漿阿華田西多士吸引入去食。西多士真係好特別，外脆內滑。車仔麵 $49配料有魚腐、牛筋、豬紅、菜底，再加上腩汁，味道十分入味。爆漿阿華田西多士 $40可以選擇花生醬，或者多加 $2 換成朱古力榛子醬。我選了朱古力榛子醬。西多士上面鋪滿了阿華田粉，上桌時中間還震動著。一切開，流心的餡料瞬間傾瀉而出！切開後要快啲食，因為如果西多士浸濕了，就冇咁好味。#聚來車仔麵 #香港 #香港美食 #深水埗 #深水埗美食 #車仔麵 #爆漿阿華田西多士
