To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🟠自選車仔麵（$48）呢到既車仔麵麵款都幾多，連蕃薯粉麵有，不過我麵係選擇左幼麵😝餸方面我揀左豬手、魚肉春卷同雞腎，湯底呢到有個豬骨雞湯底可以揀。幼麵正常發揮，豬手炆得好冧，好好味😋魚肉春卷都不錯，幾有口感，雞腎都幾有嚼勁。湯底好清甜，飲完亦唔會好口喝👍🏻🟡 吉列豬扒飯配沙律醬（$49）呢個豬扒飯好大份，豬扒好大件，外脆得黎，入面肉汁仲好juicy，唔會乾哂，配沙津醬食一流🤩🟢爆漿阿華田西多士配花生醬（$35）黎到呢到一定要試爆漿阿華田西多士，成個西多士面都係阿華田粉，中間個窿仔有滿滿既煉奶，郁下隻碟就好似要漏出黎咁😎一切開，煉奶漏哂出黎，西多士加煉奶，阿華田同花生醬食，非常香濃😋但唔算話好甜，會無咁有罪疚感😂🔵滷水豬耳（$27）滷水味濃厚，豬耳非常入味同爽口，而且都幾多份量😽
