To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環呢間茶記星期六/日就會一早坐滿人個個嚟食佢嘅早餐,一於去睇吓佢咩料🥸.📍自家製蟹子醬三文治($42)除咗蛋🍳做鐵膽之外,揀咗叉燒🐽做配料3層厚蛋夾住叉燒賣相幾吸引🥪個蛋唔係走嫩滑路線,不過煎到好香💛加埋海量蟹籽醬都唔錯,但未算好驚艷.📍招牌沙嗲牛肉鮮豬骨湯麵($44)沙嗲味唔夠香,湯底豬骨味會突出啲🐷牛肉唔夠有咬口,整體不過不失反而個4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋好嫩滑🐣多士加$5轉做大脆豬,麵包鬆脆加上甜甜地嘅煉奶,好食👅!.總結係三文治幾特別,滑蛋同脆豬都唔錯係個麵普通啲啫😚不過三文治晏晝就冇得賣,唔怪得知個個都趕係早餐時間嚟食🌞
