To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時貝果癮起多數經台灣代購買，而包餡都係以甜為主。最近發現公司附近有間貝果專門店，款式多而且份量足夠做正餐，就趁lunch試吓。呢間小店喺一間商業大廈地下，相當隱蔽，喺皇后大道中入會易搵啲，店鋪位置唔多所以我兩次都係外賣。.Pastrami Bomb:招牌款式，睇相就知爆曬餡非常重手，貝果揀左everything，有齊罌粟籽、芝麻、海鹽同乾蒜，抹醬係黃芥辣，中間夾左三大片厚切煙燻牛肉，肉質夠淋，由於牛肉味道偏鹹，加上有瑞士芝士同忌廉芝士，配返清新嘅酸瓜、蕃茄同火箭菜就啱哂，味道同口感都非常豐富。.Avocado Salsa + Bacon:用app買所以包款規定係原味，第二次食貝果依然偏韌有嚼勁，烘熱咗個面脆脆地。差不多有半邊牛油果好足料，莎莎醬好濃蕃茄味，有少少辣辣地，包面包底都搽左係忌廉芝士，因為配料有好多蔬菜所以唔會太膩，我好貪心咁叫埋煙肉，煎得較燶所以好香口，食左半個已經好飽好滿足，個人嚟講較更鍾意呢隻味，但兩款都好高質！

用app買所以包款規定係原味，第二次食貝果依然偏韌有嚼勁，烘熱咗個面脆脆地。差不多有半邊牛油果好足料，莎莎醬好濃蕃茄味，有少少辣辣地，包面包底都搽左係忌廉芝士，因為配料有好多蔬菜所以唔會太膩，我好貪心咁叫埋煙肉，煎得較燶所以好香口，食左半個已經好飽好滿足，個人嚟講較更鍾意呢隻味，但兩款都好高質！
