好耐無食日本野喇,2020好既開始,食餐好既,呢間餐廳係白布街,經過裝修都唔錯,一於試試真鯛、勘八、鱆紅魚及鮟鱇魚肝(配點酸汁)刺身極度新鮮,非常鮮甜,而鮟鱇魚係冬天時令最肥美,而鮟鱇魚肝口感細膩潤滑配上酸汁後,微微酸減低油膩感味噌牛舌牛舌非常之厚身,但炆得非常之腍,一咬即開麵豉湯非常濃郁,湯裏面還有豆腐、大葱,很好喝,味道剛好,不是死咸的味道串燒出場喇~甜番薯呢款蕃薯本身好甜,外層灑上海鹽,即時有提升另一種層次,外脆內軟,外咸內甜雞頸肉、雞軟骨第一次食雞頸肉,原來雞頸有咁多肉個喎😅燒到外層脆脆地,值得一試啊燒京葱、紫蘇雞肉卷、豬腩肉櫻花蝦炸豆腐本身都好鐘意食土佐豆腐,呢個係升級版,用咗櫻花蝦包住豆腐炸,無得輸啊!燒鯖魚燒好即上台,魚皮燒得好香脆,入面唔會太乾,記得要配上蘿蔔蓉加醬汁一齊食呀⋯⋯水信玄餅師傅自制清澈嘅水玄餅配上沖繩黑糖,清甜滿足
