上星期有朋友叫我落呢間鋪食晚飯,個朋友其實唔係幾熟,佢話知我鐘意食日本嘢,所以同我去,重話請我食呢餐當補祝我生日,其實我淨係鐘意食日本燒烤 – 好似盛八嗰啲,我唔食生嘢,所以魚生、壽司的料理一向唔係好like,不過人哋一番誠意,又唔洗錢就即管去吓,估唔到又ok喎!魚生- 我唔食,所以無得comment. 最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅爐端燒,厚切和牛、雞翼、雞軟骨、三文魚頭、青椒、多春魚……食物類別同「和民」、「魚一丁」差唔多,但係佢有個特點就係所有嘢都燒到好鬆軟,有濃郁嘅燒烤味之外,食物仲入口即溶,尤其係啲和牛同雞翼,佢哋重整咗個特大Sushi 加爐端燒Bar,真係好有居酒屋feel。我哋仲食咗個尚品烏東,烏東啲texture勁正,有咬口得嚟又好入口即溶,應該有啲preparation要做先可以做到咁。之前好鐘意去盛八同伊呂波,而家發覺食爐端燒重好,師傅幫你燒梗燒得好過自己,而且食材又多啲選擇,唔洗淨係食牛肉。喺Bar頭邊食燒物邊飲Sake,真係好正。地方好新淨,幾舒服,waiter & waitress好後生好nice。價錢貴過和民啲,唔計飲Sake,兩個人都食咗差不多500蚊。(我個fri
