To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

熱愛吃辣的我早在這餐廳新開業時已有留意，其主打著名四川美食— 小面，一種以蔥蒜醬醋辣椒調味的麻辣素面。店內一室紅色裝潢，像是透過火紅的顏色刺激味覺一樣，告訴你即將要進入一趟四川麻辣之旅🌶🌶🌶瘋狂豌雜麵，以豌豆和雜醬為主料的重慶小麵，屬乾拌麵，輔以蔥、姜、蒜，香氣撲鼻，麻中帶辣，調味做得很不錯👍🏻另加了牛舌和酸菜，令整體口感更加豐富，牛舌軟腍，入口即溶，讚👍🏻酸菜分量多，略嫌偏鹹。豌豆蓉軟滑非常，拌勻與麵條同吃口感潤滑，回味無窮。沒想到這樣配料簡單的素面竟這樣出色好吃！小食有棒棒雞，雞連皮切薄片，浸在香辣紅油中，若多加點芝麻更好。飲品紫貝天葵檸檬，漸變顏色十分討喜，味道微酸不過甜，解渴解辣一流。
