To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有食開潮州菜的朋友一定會留意到潮州菜館大多是小本經營,多數都沒有分店。以連鎖經營的百樂,融合酒樓同潮菜,在潮菜中都算是頗具規模。曾經到過元朗分店,當時已經有不錯的印象,所以絕對有再光顧的理由。這次來到旺角新世紀的分店,一貫酒樓的裝修,地方都幾大。餐牌上的潮菜都是熟悉的面孔,可惜今次晚飯人數不多,未能叫晒全部想食既食物。涼伴魚皮 $98作為魚皮的粉絲,經常都會食炸魚皮,但涼伴魚皮的確很少接觸。而我認為炸魚皮和涼伴魚皮絕對是兩個世界既人,炸魚皮香脆,涼伴魚皮爽滑。雖然如此,但我可以肯定既係兩者都一樣咁好食。涼伴魚皮醬汁酸酸辣辣,配上爽滑魚皮,食得非常開胃,絕對會令人愛上。凍花蟹 每両$50咁大隻既凍花蟹一般街市的確好難買到,因為多數已經預留左比餐廳食肆。完整的花蟹上枱時已經拆成小件,入口蟹味鮮甜又多肉。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯 $128豬肚清洗乾淨,再配以強勁胡椒味,完全感覺不到豬肚的腥味。湯中除了爽口豬肚,還有大量咸菜。沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 $98沙爹味道香而不過份,不會太咸,與牛肉非常配合。牛肉本身又大塊又夠腍,而且份量夠多,加上清爽芥蘭,在沙爹醬的加持下十分惹味。香煎蠔仔烙 $108咁多蠔仔既蠔烙的

晶瑩的水晶包大約是乒乓球的大小。外層皮簿並透現出內裡的餡料,個人就比較喜歡紅豆蓉,香甜而不膩。記得襯熱食,因水晶包凍了會變硬,影響口感。

魚皮作為一樣不起眼不貴重的食物,的確好少發揮的空間。估唔到今晚係呢度可以食到炸魚皮以外的出色魚皮。
