喺日本試過吉列牛,今次第一次係香港食,味道形式大致相同,令人再三回味!SET C : 頂級板腱牛扒。$215肉質鮮嫩,切開肉質還是粉嫩,愛牛人士必定喜愛,每一口都滿載肉汁,牛味重,超正!SET D : 吉列炸牛扒。$188每個套餐都包沙律、胡麻豆腐 及 飯飯上灑滿味素,好開胃加埋前菜有沙律及豆腐,可一減油膩感。自己控制生熟程度,逐塊牛放上熱石稍微加熱,可選擇沾點醬汁或岩鹽。吉列牛無蘇味,牛肉質素上乘!略嫌吉列部位略油及唔夠脆。我地另外仲嗌左個 雞軟骨餃子。$45有5件,每啖都充滿雞胸軟骨,好有咬口!唔錯!
