To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以為土瓜灣好偏僻，原來搭地鐵好方便，出口行3分鐘就到喜滿樓食懷舊菜。呢度主打懷舊粵菜，首選懷舊芝麻雞，很少店舖提供這道懷舊手工菜，芝麻鋪得滿滿唔係灑上去，皮脆香口，雞肉一啲都唔老，有雞味，實在難得。黑松露蝦多士炸得夠熱食落唔油膩，賣相金黃非常香脆，加上蝦肉彈牙爽口，令多士的味道更昇華，沾上少許黑松露醬，睇落幾高檔。原隻菠蘿咕嚕肉色澤亮麗，甜酸適中的糖醋汁更是重點，醬汁味道酸酸甜甜，咕嚕肉外脆內軟，還有菠蘿、青椒、紅椒、洋蔥等配料。呢餐我阿媽最讚嘅係個爵士燉湯，用料十足清甜滋潤，性價比甚高，佢話自己都冇可能燉到咁嘅味道。總括而言，今次同阿媽冇嚟錯，回頭指數高。
