由於今日係一年一度嘅父親節,我們一早約好咗Uncle同Auntie去我們嘅「老地方」九龍維景酒店嘅「唐宮中餐廳」飲中午茶!我們叫咗雪山焗叉燒餐包嘅頂層脆皮相當香甜酥脆,包質都幾軟熟,而且叉燒嘅餡料都幾足料!爆汁脆蝦丸一上碟嗰陣就咁睇表面以為係平平無奇嘅炸蝦丸,點知咬開一半就有啲湯汁流咗出嚟,味道都幾鮮味,而且質感都爽脆彈牙!蠔皇薑蔥冬菇叉燒撈粗麵嘅麵質比較腍身,唔係好爽口彈牙,而且鹼水味非常重,呢點令我們覺得比較失望!春風得意腸外層嘅腸粉質感好軟滑,入面係炸得好香口脆身嘅春卷,而且餡料都幾足料,令到口感更加豐富!鹵水豆腐鹵得好入味,但唔會好鹹,而且有好香濃嘅豆香味!蔥撈白鷄嘅肉質相當嫩滑,撈埋啲香蔥絲一齊食,令到味道更加芳香惹味!
