To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期六跟一家人晚上, 去到位於荃灣帝盛酒店吃半自助晚餐。此酒店位於葵興與大窩口之間, 位置頗方便, 近大窩口地鐵站。半自助晚餐的有五款主菜選, 前菜同甜品是自助餐來的, 前菜corner 雖然不大,但食物品種質數新鮮, 選擇比我想像的多。我最喜愛的是南瓜湯,濃郁香甜; 沙律菜新鮮; 凍蝦爽口彈牙。主菜: 有用了慢煮的羊架, 嫩滑不鞋口。牛同鵝肝亦不錯, 質感豐厚濃郁。甜品: 有迷你蛋糕, 自動班戟機, 仲有Dreyer雪糕雪條, 甜唔corner 雖然不大, 蛋糕都幾好吃
