父親節正日,四周的食肆尤其中菜館皆被預約得滿滿,即使成功訂枱,也要面對菜式選擇少,質素容易失準的老問題。適逢父親節飯局與每月家庭聚餐一起舉行,大家也贊成選擇一間西餐廳慶祝以避開人潮,輕鬆愉快渡過一個父親節。是日用餐的餐廳「The Sky Bar」由親友決定,筆者之前也曾到訪過一兩次,以酒吧餐廳來說,用餐環境也算不錯,而店中的飛鏢機,更為大家帶來額外歡樂,細周生及魚仔也積極參與其中...雖然是父親節正日,但晚市套餐定價不覺有特別調整,不論龍蝦餐或是生蠔餐人均消費也只是二百餘元,感覺實惠。筆者與太太選擇了龍蝦餐,每位奉送紅白餐酒或果汁一杯。在這情況下,選擇權多數落在小老闆身上... 「兩杯橙汁吖唔該!」首先送上的美食是凍海鮮盤,內含生蠔、翡翠螺、鮮海蝦及藍貝四款海鮮共十二件。生蠔產自蘇格蘭,入口滑爽,蠔香海水味平衡,並有一份帶甜的餘韻。翡翠螺食味雖鮮,但口感略為韌身,有點美中不足。海蝦蝦色橙紅亮麗,絕無黑頭不鮮的情況。味道上也跟得上外觀,爽實清甜。藍貝青口一雌一雄,選材大隻肉厚,但難免不及 Baby-blue 青口嬌嫩可口。頭盤蘇格蘭煙三文魚凱撒沙律菜蔬用料翠綠爽鮮,煙三文魚被摺疊成花狀,
