囡囡為我慶祝父親節,早於3星期前預早訂枱,重享懷舊潮汕菜風味,相比3年前出品仍保持一定水準。特別讚賞老員工熱誠招待服務一流。高湯荷包大鱔件,功夫手作小菜必須預訂,大白鱔用最肥美部位切一小段,用酸菜葉包紮慢火高湯煨燉,口感綿滑清甜,高湯入口清甜膠質黏唇全身有暖感,盡顯潮汕美食魔力,大廚功不可沒。雖然價錢偏貴但是值得!黃金蝦棗蟹棗水準之作配合桔油提升口感,碧綠川椒雞特別出式,珍珠葉脆口不油,雞肉嫩滑惹味有鑊氣!枱枱必,點的蘿蔔排骨春菜煲,香氣四溢,非一般打冷制作。鮮蝦水瓜烙啲蝦新鮮即拆有膏,粉漿調配剛好令水瓜甘甜香口,別有一番滋味!雲腿竹笙魚湯浸大白菜,香濃魚湯,功架十足。頭盤的凍食西澳龍蝦及馬友魚,雖然衹是烚熟,但仍見時間控制得宜!最出名的官燕盞足四両,原汁原味!甜品反沙芋亦見功力,餐後亦有送椰汁馬豆糕。呢一餐非常昂貴,阿女話食好啲喎!值回票價!甜在心頭!😃
