To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 勁難食父親節晚飯，大概340幾蚊一個人。你睇間酒樓呢啲日子都唔滿嘅。等執笠。全部嘢食都係味精同鹽。其實酒樓呢啲餐好少真係咁難食。呢個時勢生意難做，但係差到咁執咗佢好過。啲龍蝦同雞咬唔到，要用膠剪剪，呢個價錢冰格貨預咗嘅，但係劣質到一個點，肉質極鞋。食完隻帶子成個口都係鹽食幾啖真係腎虧，啲侍應質素非常惡劣，叫咗攞熱水攞極都攞唔到。一路食飯，天花個冷氣機一路滴水，個天花發曬毛，勁污糟。祝佢快啲執笠，害人不淺。
