爸爸最喜歡食海鮮,所以我和家姐選擇去開的三聖邨廣東名門,加工費一年比一年貴,枱與抬之間都比較迫,亦要分時段,我們選擇了6-8:30。茘枝柴燒鵝,係招牌菜梗要點黎食,鵝皮香脆,肉又嫩,很好食。豉椒炒聖子,火喉啱啱好,配上豉椒很野味鹽焗花螺,用石碢上,令花螺放一段時間都仲好熱,睇落平平無其,但食落好鮮。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,非常乾身,瀨尿蝦肉厚,仲有少許膏,真係啖啖肉。芝士焗龍蝦加伊麵底, 龍蝦肉多,芝士很香,加埋伊麵一齊食,食到唔停得嘴陳皮蒸鮑魚,陳皮香無苦澀味。唔記得咩班,但蒸得好嫩滑。海蝦,鮮甜
