To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好啦，話說今日個心情起伏好似過山車咁，先係望住八寶清湯腩嘅名單期期艾艾，到底佢地啲腩麵係咪真係咁掂？經歷咗一番掙扎，我決定要撐埋個肚去挑戰！咁落咗天后就即刻入到去喇，一踏入去，我立即就被嗰阵草本香氣迷到，正！坐低之後我就2字命令，直頭點咗份清湯腩麵，配件選咗河粉。手快腳快過「高登紀錄員」嘅侍應，一下就將面送上嚟。食嗰下，我即刻攞起粉條一試還真好吸附，如果唔係因為湯頭實在太鮮美，我可能都會忘記食面，專心飲湯都得！再講講我嘅主角牛腩啦，燜得滋潤入味，賣相普通但肉質就真係軟綿綿，攪住啲香濃湯汁入口，直情係滑到响口邊彈開，毫無膩感。至於蘿蔔，啱啱好嘅韌度加上吸飽咗湯汁嘅精華，爽口得嚟又保留住啲自然甜味，超應扣！👍仲有啊，店內氣氛熱鬧但唔會嘈雜，即使係我一個悶騷客，都覺得坐得舒服，食到尾都唔想走。下次有機會，我一定要提早啲去，務求一嚐嗰「爆炸腩」嘅滋味！🔥😋🍲
