To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蜜桃小丸子繼續在九龍城覓食,是日午餐嚟到出哂名嘅德昌魚蛋粉,一時多已經排哂隊,好彩得自己一個,所以好快就有位了。呢間粉麵店係天后北角均有分店,聽講發哥發嫂仲成日拍拖嚟食魚蛋粉。入到去,已經人聲鼎沸,座無虛席,格局似茶餐廳,除咗馳名嘅潮式粉麵之外,仲有茶啡小食常餐健康餐,當然,最多人叫嘅始終係魚蛋粉。聽講德昌嘅魚蛋魚片魚皮等食物都係自設工場炮製,魚蛋用門鱔九棍魚䱛魚等新鮮海魚打成,出名又滑又彈牙,配老雞豬骨大鱔魚骨熬製的湯底,食落都幾鮮甜。啲魚片即打即炸,大鑊滾油炸得香噴噴,炸好即送到鋪,所以食得出好新鮮。食落口啲魚蛋好彈牙兼富魚鮮甜味,配河粉與清甜湯底,加上蔥蔥,好食!不過,對於一向大食嘅蜜桃小丸子嚟講,份量就略嫌細,食完都唔係好飽咁,要再去附近買串燒嚟食
