To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日夜晚，肚餓經過呢度，比佢門面同餐牌吸引住，上網一搵，原來呢度係發哥都黎既面店，而最出名就係墨鬚頭，咁我當然唔會放過啦，叫左碗墨魚鬚頭面、剩水餃加炸醬面返屋企慢慢享受，份量黎講係正常，墨魚鬚頭真係好好味，又爽又脆，食得出好新鮮，我諗堂食應該會更好味，而炸醬面就味道好足夠，夠晒送成碗面，反而水餃就顯得失色左少少，總括黎講，真係物超所值，作為宵夜真係冇得頂，一定會再幫襯最值得讚既係樓面哥哥亦都十分好禮貌
