To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$16碗的竹昇麵, 同樣叫雲吞, 好跟之前在灣仔老字號試過的作比較. 賣相普通, 是一般小店那種. 老實說, 付出才十多元, 我也不是講賣相的人, 不會在乎這事, 最緊要衛生和味道. 出色的是麵質跟名店差不多爽, 蝦則不夠爽, 但豬肉相若. 招呼很好, 跟聽說的不同, 可能是改善了吧, 另有$21的套餐, 可要飲品或菜. 其實灣仔那邊不值那樣貴吧, 而且我住九龍. 也不願多付錢來作交租, 太沒意思, 錢是給店中辛勤的員工和老闆才對. .
