To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年幾沒有到北京樓用膳了, 今次約朋友們吃片皮鴨, 到位於新世紀廣場5樓的分店, 分開兩個時段入場, 我訂了七點45分, 門口的服務員安排得非常混亂🥴, 大約差不多八點才進入。 晚餐有片皮鴨二食$318、 小籠包$75、 紅油抄手$72、 餚肉$98、 咕嚕肉$142、 上海粗炒$128、 宮爆蝦球$228、 豆沙鍋餅$68、 高力香蕉五粒$77.5。📌片皮鴨二食~ 片皮鴨差不多等到最後才送到, 反而鴨鬆生菜就是第一道菜, 鴨鬆生菜味道普通, 片皮鴨好似相比以前失色了, 外皮沒有以前鬆化香口, 肉質較硬。📌餚肉~ 晶瑩通透的餚肉,配以薑絲和醋,風味更佳。📌宮爆蝦球~ 酸中帶甜好惹味, 但蝦頭肉質偏硬, 不夠爽口。📌咕嚕肉~ 味道酸酸甜甜, 但可惜咕嚕肉太硬。📌紅油抄手~ 皮薄而潤滑, 混入辣油, 食落好開胃。📌上海粗炒~ 麵條軟硬適中, 一點也不膩, 配菜和肉絲,味道剛剛好。📌小籠包~ 小籠包湯汁不夠熱, 只有微溫。📌高力香蕉五粒~ 加入香蕉味道更豐富,可惜空氣感不夠,口感未如理想。📌豆沙鍋餅~豆沙餡香滑軟熟,又香又脆。整體來說今次有點失望😅, 我以前很喜歡北京樓, 期望下次會有改善💪🏻

整體來說今次有點失望😅, 我以前很喜歡北京樓, 期望下次會有改善💪🏻, 另外分開兩個時段真是吃得特別趕, 片皮鴨差不多九點十分才上枱, 九點半我們已經要點甜品, 在半個鐘頭之內火速完成所有食物😵, 真是比較辛苦🙃
