To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初四,真係開年!冇堂食唯有叫外賣🥡 送到黎冇左半隻鴨殼。大家都知北京樓嘅片皮鴨真係得層皮,以往無論堂食定外賣下午茶都必定比返個殼你。一來我欣賞佢哋唔浪費,二嚟你會知自己嗰幾片鴨真嘅用左半隻。(唔係半隻兩個客人分)Foodpanda個CS好冇禮貌表示餐廳回覆不嬲都唔會畀殼我哋,餐點冇錯。咁之前幫襯嗰8次我點解有殼嘅??咁既然突然冇左,咁點解唔更新食物相片同落返個註腳寫而家冇殼?(商品說明條例/ 食物形容重量與收到嘅實物不符)如果Foodpanda真係有幫我打去餐廳的話,重話可以幫我駁去法律部... 咁我同海關講應該講北京樓定講Foodpanda答覆係欺騙咗我? 邊個啱邊個錯? 我淨係知我只係禮貌問一吓,點解會得到個咁冇家教咁冇禮貌咁唔合理唔合邏輯嘅答覆?係北京樓偷工減料定有人送漏餐但話幫我確認左餐廳🍴不嬲件貨係咁? 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻 我作為一個小小被口吻講到貪佢個殼嘅客人又點會知呢?新年好快樂咯真係
