To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事源家人去咗佢哋香港仔分店龍薈酒樓叫咗隻北京片皮鴨一食,員工無衛生意識吾戴手套切鴨肉都算,最過分係剩係切咗大量鴨皮出尼,只切出不到整隻鴨的四分之一的鴨肉,然後就想將鴨架收。家人非常愕然,問其職員為何只切出鴨皮,剩餘大量鴨肉在鴨架,該職員則奸笑道"片皮鴨吾食皮,吾通食咩啊?",然後就想把鴨架收走。之後向佢哋經理投訴,姓賴經理亦聲稱"食片皮鴨吾食皮,食咩啊"。之後投訴寫字樓又無人理。所以本人開始相信片皮鴨原來係剩係食皮,笑死人,片皮鴨剩係食皮呢啲新興文化從此由龍薈酒樓帶起。
