To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前喺中環金鐘食北京樓,一向覺得幾高質,今次嚟到葵芳食,服務同整體質素不如理想。👌🏼北京片皮鴨 6:30嚟到叫, 7:30先至到。而且隔籬檯都等咗九個字,證明唔係單獨個案。味道方面都唔錯嘅,鴨肉都有肉味,個皮偏少少肥,唔係整得好脆嗰種,夾埋一齊就幾有油香味。夾包嘅份量都足夠,如果可以熱住,令佢冇咁快凍就更完美。整體來講味道唔錯,但係上菜速度需要改進。😋生菜鴨肉鬆鴨肉鬆炒得幾香口惹味,少少偏鹹,但係可接受。生菜嘅份量都OK,夾埋食清新得來又惹味。👌🏼蟹粉豆苗 豆苗炒得夠香甜冇草青味,不過就蟹粉味唔係特別濃郁。個人覺得就咁清炒豆苗應該已經好好,唔需要特別加錢再加蟹粉。❌😓二蝦鍋塌豆腐 呢個最失望,成碟餸嚟到係室溫唔熱嘅,豆腐仲少少偏凍。竟然咁大間酒樓可以交啲咁嘅質素出嚟。凍嘅蝦凍嘅豆腐撈埋d 醬油味,唔知想點,直頭係唔合格!😋高力豆沙香蕉 $56炸得唔油膩,外皮好乾爽,食落軟腍腍,裏面有豆沙同香蕉餡。個外皮又有少少厚度,軟腍腍得來又有少少彈牙,又有d 食梳乎厘嘅感覺,味道唔錯。環境: ★★★☆☆ 食物: ★★★☆☆ 性價比:★★★☆☆ 推介度: ★★★☆☆
