To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食既呢間係位於尖沙咀K11既中菜館對我黎講，片皮鴨真係唔會食得厭但餅皮同配料永遠都唔夠包黎食，要額外再加ಠ_ಠ-烤北京填鴨 $298半隻烤鴨片得好靚，切成大細平均既長方形油香十足，而且一啲鴨騷味都冇鴨皮香脆，餅皮煙靭，而且好薄因為唔食蔥，所以淨係包紫蘿蔔，蜜瓜同青瓜食口感豐富，我一個人食大半份都唔覺膩( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ當日仲叫左幾款小菜，但影完個鴨就掛住食冇左要影相呢回事(￣∇￣)幾款小菜都係正常水平。
