To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗住用埋時代廣場優惠券,所以book咗一直好想試的鴨大哥。坐低5分鐘未夠,已經送咗一碟原味炒鴨崧上枱-二食來,賣相非常靚,而且味道超出預期,好好味,生菜上放滿鴨崧和脆米粉,人見人愛。片皮鴨一隻切左廿幾卅十塊皮,而亦有提供足夠的粉皮,鴨皮和粉皮兩樣質素也相當之高。荔枝咕嚕肉件件都係炸完即出,又甜又脆,還以為食緊灣仔生記。魚腐野菌浸蛙蛙菜,不過不失。最後再嚟多個海鮮鴨湯泡飯,又再嚟多個驚喜,湯味特別,而再加一碗脆脆泡米,有潮州泡飯既風味。好特別,好好味!總括來說餐廳值得推介!
