Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

22/5 惠顧了屯門分店，發現片皮鴨完全貨不對辦 ，10塊片皮鴨，只得3皮稍為有點肉(都是偏少的)，其餘7皮是全皮(有相片證明)，即時通知了店舖高級職員，該職員沒有幫忙解決問題，還與客人爭辯，態度極差，完全沒理會客人，說小姐:我們的片皮鴨是這樣的，不會片肉，你唔係叫烤鴨呀 小姐,因為肉不會煮熟，我聽了之後更加覺得離奇，我不是沒吃過片皮鴨吧，不要那麼耍我，我要求取消這碟片皮鴨，他不肯，說我已吃了，最尾換給我還說鴨會有血的，真的非常奇怪，原本同家人開開心心去吃飯，換來是一肚氣
