To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝屋企人牛一  一早喺度訂左枱  仲訂埋菜人一到齊即刻可以開席今次再encore燒豬脾  因為人多關係  侍應建議剪成小件size  都分到成10件啱好一人一件  味道如一  皮脆肉嫩  (今次問清楚  原來兩個醬分別係芒果醬&柚子醬   上次講錯左添 )我地同侍應哥哥講到明  d餸唔駛分  一次過上晒黎就最好所以冇一陣  就成枱都係餸  好豐富 哩個係刺參  侍應哥哥話依家做緊特價($170 好似係...)位上  一人一份  好大條  啖啖肉好滋味哩條東星班真係唔話得  雖然好大條  但蒸得啱啱好  唔會攪到d肉死實實又唔會話近骨位d肉唔熟  今次餐飯我都係專攻哩道餸  連魚頭都俾我食埋 其他餸都唔錯  只係我今次都係主要講d我印象深刻既甜品我地訂左一大籠壽包 (牛一唔少得啦~)唔好以為好大個  其實細過個拳頭  內餡係白蓮茸甜度適中  包身又好軟熟  我一人解決左2個另外侍應哥哥推介左個即撞豆腐花哩個即叫即撞  所以我地食到差唔多時  侍應哥哥就幫我地叫起 咁唔駛等幾耐就有得食  真係鬼咁熱辣辣  雖然燙口  但好嫩滑又好香黃豆味  食到哩到  個人飽到唔知點咁  一大盤既

Other Info. : 侍應都好細心, 知道我地人多, 豬脾會主動幫我地剪細件d, 方便我地分。見我地食到咁上下, 又會適時安排甜品上枱, 唔駛我地操心。 埋單時得知, 佢地依家星期一至四晚市做緊個推廣套餐: 『 圓桌歡聚宴』$3800(10位一席), $2000(5位半席) 好抵!! 仲可以用到信用卡dis, 下次可以同d朋友黎試下
