9/8(日) 7:30pm牛一局之第六回,跟隨阿梁的點子,到了老饕"祥記飯店".會所格局,環境狹隘,餐桌之間沒多餘的空間.四下裏,不乏外國遊客呢!我倆小籠包$50,和尚戴帽$65,槽溜魚片$60及蝦鬆生菜包$80作入門:小籠包--皮爛肉乏鮮,壓根兒是沒靈魂的一團肉!和尚戴帽--炒蛋帽下的肉絲,芽菜,冬菇絲,小棠菜及豆干絲,味道清新!槽溜魚片--桂花魚片厚身而柔嫩,魚味清純,酒香融入其中;糟溜的甜香則頗討好的!蝦鬆生菜包--腰果,西芹末,蔥末,肉碎及蝦粒,捲入爽脆的生菜吃之,比一般生菜包來得輕怡!$300的牛一飯,合情合理!

小籠包--皮爛肉乏鮮,壓根兒是沒靈魂的一團肉!

和尚戴帽--炒蛋帽下的肉絲,芽菜,冬菇絲,小棠菜及豆干絲,味道清新!

槽溜魚片--桂花魚片厚身而柔嫩,魚味清純,酒香融入其中;糟溜的甜香則頗討好的!
