近排疫症問題攪到出街次數大大減少,今日出去旺角行一轉添置物資同睇下出面咩情況,搏一搏有冇口罩返貨去到旺角行完一陣就到食飯時間,行到女人街附近搵搵下見到一間石燒牛,於是我地就試試一進入店舖好特別,餐廳用自助售賣機,叫左 order 之後先安排坐,令我地諗番去左日本旅行感覺😆😆,拉面,定食,😆😆,講番正題,我地分別叫左牛肩 180g同牛柳 200 g,餐廳係半自助,沙律,飯,湯,水同調味料按自己需要自由添加,正等左一陣石燒牛就送到上檯了,牛會係一成熟開始,需要幾多成就睇個人喜好,過左一陣牛肩同牛柳到牛肩肉用多少少力切先切到粒,經過一輪嘅燒後可以品嘗,食落有牛嘅蘇味,咬落去夠咬口,唔錯唔錯牛柳就容易切粒,同埋會快熟 d,唔好燒太耐,避免快燶,牛柳就牛味冇咁蘇,太太接受到,咬口比較軟 d兩者加埋送飯食到唔停口,無論原味定加醬汁,都唔同感覺,食到唔停,最後再飲埋蕃茄牛肉湯,一 d 都唔水,我自己都飲多碗,大滿足 食完休息後就繼續尋找口罩 😅😅
