去完旅行番黎,最大「得著」唔係Shopping或者見聞,而係旅行後遺症😅咁多個地方,要數美食遍地日本嘅會影響最深,尤其當地食到嘅和牛更加叫人一試難忘。銅鑼灣最近新開嘅燒肉屋「牛八」,竟然推出咗和牛放題,可以任食黑毛和牛肉眼、黑毛和牛牛肋肉,簡直想叫牛痴們瘋狂!牛八就在銅鑼灣Holiday Inn酒店內,聽說老闆原是食材進口商,所以能除了熟知優質食材外,亦能以優惠價格推介與大眾。在開始燒肉前,可以先到自助的配菜及飲品吧自助準備一下,拿一些沙津、蔬菜及飲品。在燒肉前,因為口痕所以點了個胡麻炸雞來吃。新鮮炸起的胡麻炸雞很香口,混合胡麻醬更叫人喜愛!和牛來了!分別是宮崎黑毛和牛肉眼、宮崎黑毛和牛牛肋肉和澳洲和牛舌。牛肉的脂肪分佈多漂亮!店員會細心指導你燒肉的小技巧。當你燒肉時見到血水開始由肉的表面出現,代表受熱一面已經半熟,可以把肉翻轉。一次將和牛肉眼、牛肋肉、牛舌燒好,比較一下味道。和牛肉眼入口最香滑亦入口即化,果然讓人重拾在日本吃時的滋味。和牛牛肋肉沒有和牛肉眼的香滑,但肉味更濃!牛舌彈牙爽口,喜歡有嚼勁的話,這便非常適合你了。除了和牛,我們也點了海鮮,是海老、魷魚及鹽醬牛油帶子。因為比較

除了和牛,我們也點了海鮮,是海老、魷魚及鹽醬牛油帶子。因為比較易焦,所以要以錫紙盤盛著同燒。海老多巨型!
