系黃竹坑咁多個年,終於有間食得過嘅餐廳。factory event space 主要係比人租場攪event, 其次係做零售(零售店叫steak king) 同批發,依家佢地逢星期五都有個Friday steak night ,系website 度訂位,要比$500 deposit 前菜叫左個bacon wrapped scallop, scallop 食得出唔係cheap cheap 個d, 同個bacon 都幾夾,如果bacon 有多啲油香就更好另外叫左個beef short ribs , 呢個係超好食,本生個店員推介嘅時候,我都有d懷疑,食左一舊之後係停唔到口,個牛又軟嫩,外皮焦脆。 最後叫左2份Steak 揀左一個Dry age 左60日Australia M5 picanha $1450/1 kg (我只要左500g) 另外揀左個Australia grass fed t-bone $750/kg 整好之後,個chef會系你面前切牛, 佢地嘅steak 係perfectly cook 嘅medium rare, seasoning都岩岩好,牛嘅質素都好高個chef 同d s

整好之後,個chef會系你面前切牛, 佢地嘅steak 係perfectly cook 嘅medium rare, seasoning都岩岩好,牛嘅質素都好高

chef 同d staff 都好friendly , 現場有埋live band ,所以氣氛好好,裝修就應該話係industrial 。個人會覺得食過呢間應該唔會再去食porterhouse , 當然地區同環境係porterhouse 比較好,但係呢度牛嘅質素絕對高過porterhouse, 所以打算下個月再黎試其他dry age
