To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊區老店，針對街坊生意，實而不華。是香港僅存售賣新鮮牛雜的食肆，水記之外，還有那一家？特點是新鮮牛雜粉面之外，亦售賣炒粉面飯，而且街坊生意價錢大眾化。叫了一碗牛雜河，牛雜鋪滿了碗面，賣相吸引，但其實牛雜跟河粉的份量也並不太多，一個大男人剛能吃飽吧。雖然店鋪老舊，但內裏空間還算寬敞，而且間格合理適宜。各款牛雜的獨特味道也能發揮出來，不帶腥味，清潔得十分乾淨，只有金錢肚有些微苦，其它都很出色，尤以牛腸的油香最出眾。河粉就很一般，煮得有點過淋了，也沒什麼米香。一般粉麵店的貨色也齊。也售賣炒粉麵飯。新鮮牛雜真是賣少見少了，老店加油！
